Small-yacht safety management system, yachts under 500 GT

If your yacht is under 500 GT, we will write its safety management system (often called a “mini-ISM”), set it up on board with your crew and keep it reviewed. For commercial yachts on the UK and other Red Ensign registers, and on the Marshall Islands register, this system is compulsory. On Malta, and for private yachts, it is recommended rather than required.

Our pricing principles

  • No mark-up. Pass-through costs are invoiced at cost, with receipts.
  • No commissions. We take nothing from yards, suppliers, software vendors or brokers. Read the pledge.
  • No percentage-of-final-cost refit fees. They reward overruns.
  • Written scope. Anything outside it needs a short written change note before work starts.
  • Fair terms. A 12-month initial term, then three months’ notice.

How to get an exact price

Every yacht is different. We confirm a fixed fee after a short call and, for management tiers, a technical health check or survey. Tell us about the yacht and we will reply with a scoped proposal within two working days.

Prices last reviewed October 2026. These prices are an invitation to discuss, not an offer capable of acceptance; a contract is formed only by a signed agreement. See our terms of use.
