2. Information, not advice
The content of this site, including our insights articles, is general information. It is not legal, regulatory, technical, financial or tax advice, and it is not a substitute for advice on your particular yacht or circumstances. Regulatory requirements vary by flag and change over time; always confirm them with your flag Administration or classification society.
3. Prices
Prices on this site are indicative, subject to survey and scope, in euros and exclude VAT. They are an invitation to discuss and not an offer capable of acceptance. A contract is formed only when both parties sign a written agreement, which will set out the scope, fees, exclusions and liability terms. Where a safety management system set-up is included free with a 12-month Safety Management contract and the contract ends early, a pro-rata share of the set-up fee is repayable.
4. Our status
We provide safety management and technical oversight for yachts under 500 GT. We do not hold ISM Code company certification, and nothing on this site should be read as a statement that we do.
5. Using the site
You must not misuse the site: for example by attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, submitting forms automatically or in bulk, or submitting false or unlawful content.
6. Intellectual property
The text, design, logo and graphics on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own reference. Please do not copy or republish content without our permission, other than short quotations with a link to the source.
7. Links
We link to official sources, such as the IMO and flag Administrations. We are not responsible for the content of external sites.
8. Liability
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, current or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
